2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon curry powder
4 slices Sara Lee® Golden Roasted Breast of Chicken, chopped
¼ cup glazed walnuts, chopped
6 green grapes, cut into quarters
¼ cup arugula or baby spinach leaves
2 slices Sara Lee®
Delightful™ 100% Multi Grain Bread
Combine mayonnaise and curry in a medium bowl. Add
chicken, walnuts, and grapes. Stir until combined.
Place arugula on one slice of bread. Top with chicken
salad and remaining bread slice. Cut in half and serve.
