Veggie Delight

Eating more vegetables is a great way to improve your nutrition. It’s as easy as adding this mix of broccoli, carrot and peppers to your usual bagel with cream cheese.

Ingredients

1 Sara Lee® Soft & Smooth® Plain Mini Bagel Made with Whole Grain

1 tablespoon low-fat garden vegetable cream cheese

2 tablespoons chopped broccoli

1 tablespoon chopped carrot

1 tablespoon chopped red or green bell pepper

Preparation

Spread cream cheese on each half of the bagel. Top with chopped vegetables - kids choice!
