Avocado, Turkey & Feta Toast
This delicate-looking avocado toast packs a peppery protein punch.
Ingredients 1 slice Sara Lee® Delightful™ Healthy Multi-Grain Bread½ avocado½ teaspoon garlic powder½ lime2 slices turkey½ tablespoon Feta cheese½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes½ teaspoon peppercorns, coarsely ground
1. Toast bread. Mash avocado in a small bowl with garlic powder and a squeeze of lime juice.
2. Spread on toast and top with turkey, Feta, crushed red pepper flakes and freshly ground pepper.
